Describe the process you use to help clients move forward with their lives.

Generally speaking, I help the client get clarity on what they want to achieve, and identify the true obstacle(s) holding them back. How long have they been living this way? What have they tried to resolve the issue? How would their lives be different if they could overcome this circumstance? From there, we explore the nature of the obstacle and identify ways they might approach these obstacles from a different perspective, and work together to put thought into action.

Describe your coaching style.

I pull from a variety of personal and professional experiences to connect with my clients and understand their unique challenges and goals. I get really curious about what my clients are experiencing and act as an objective thought partner to identify and execute their goals for success.

Do you have a specialty?

As a former HR and Talent Acquisition professional, I deliver a very strong mock interview and provide direct and actionable feedback.

How do you measure success with a client?

I measure success in terms of the achievement of my client’s stated goals and intentions. Sometimes the path is winding or obscured, but the insight and “a-ha” moments keep us moving forward.
