Describe the process you use to help clients move forward with their lives.

I identify what my clients want to achieve in their sessions and get them to define their measure of success. I use open-ended questions and reflective listening to hold a safe space for them to explore goals and outcomes that are relevant to them. I allow space for silence and reflection and encourage my clients to explore their emotions and thoughts through connective and reflective listening, powerful questioning, and timely paraphrasing. I use proactive coaching strategies to help my clients design actions and effectively manage progress and accountability.

Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is holistic, intuitive, client-focused, and integrates my diverse cultural background and work experience. With a safe and warm presence, I use my training in adult development and coaching to frame things as an embodiment of who my clients are (and want to be) and empower them with the confidence and skills they need to see their purpose in life and lead a life of joy and fulfillment.

Do you have a specialty?

I specialize in career coaching and provide various services to help my clients achieve their professional goals of finding a new career, relocation or outplacement help, work-life integration, or advancing in their current field. My clients span a variety of industries and experience levels. My services include career assessments, personalized coaching, career exploration/transition, general job search strategy, resume and LinkedIn development, and interview/negotiation preparation, among others. I help my clients diversify their job search strategy and offer them step-by-step guidance and action planning to help fulfill their needs.

How do you measure success with a client?

I think only the client can determine if our partnership was successful in helping them realize their goals. However, I make sure my clients have clarity around their stated goals and why achieving them is important to them. I partner with them to identify the steps and actions that they can use to assess and track progress. I also help them identify potential challenges to realizing their desired goals and equip them with the mindset and tools they need to overcome them.
