How do you measure success with a client?

I identify specific career goals with the client on the first call to personalize the coaching to the client’s needs. Success is measured by the completion of identifiable short-term client goals. I ensure that every client I work with leaves my coaching sessions with a game plan and confidence to direct their career over the long term.

How do you support clients that don’t have a clear idea of what they want to do?

I use a forward-looking, consultative approach to help clients gain clarity over their career goals and identify key life-affirming elements that are important to my clients’ needs.
