FAQ
Describe your coaching style.

My coaching style is collaborative, trust-based, and intellectually curious, helping clients to realize and build on their strengths.

Do you have a specialty?

Financial services, consulting, marketing, tech (business side), not-for-profit/education, real estate, media, retail/luxury goods. Work with levels from college students to senior executives.

How do you measure success with a client?

They have a clear idea of their goals, and what’s important to them, their targets (whether career transition or job performance) align with their skills and values, and they understand how to execute a well-planned search.

How do you support clients that don’t have a clear idea of what they want to do?

I conduct a deep dive into self-assessment, using tools to help clients identify their skills, interests, values, and motivators. Their output is having a personal mission statement along with a clear idea of what is important to them. We then use these elements to guide research into industries, functions, organizations, and roles that offer potential alignment.
